ShapeFit – this site includes everything from exercise, nutrition, training, workout routines, training videos, recipes, testimonials, calculators and more! I generally stop by this site first if I have a question.
Marathon Rookie – has training programs, tips on strength training, nutrition, hydration, stretching and equipment. One of the best “all in one” websites I’ve come across whether you looking to compete in a marathon or a 5K.
The Daily Plate – provides a resource to track your food intake, diet, exercise and weight and get reports on calorie consumption, fat intake, protein, fiber and more.
Hal Higdon – virtual training programs for everything from a 5K to an ultramarathon from a guy who’s been at it for about 50 years.
Zero To 1 Mile – provides all sorts of swimming related training programs including ones to get you to 700 meters or a full mile swim.
Black Belt Leadership Academy – this is where I practice martial arts in the Milwaukee area.
Running In The U.S.A. – includes links to not only running races of all distances but also triathlons, ultramarathons, trail runs and more!
American Triathlon Calendar – includes links to triathlons of all distances from sprint all the way to Ironman all across the country.
